Miso Ramen Noodles with Pork and Kimchi

Miso Ramen Noodles with Pork and Kimchi

I saw cabbage in the refrigerator when I thought I had nothing... Sprinkle with shichimi (seven spice blend) if you like.

Ingredients: 1 serving (about 563 kcal)

Sliced pork chunks
50 g
60 g
30 g
Vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon
Grated ginger
1.5 cm (tubed ginger)
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
a pinch
Chicken stock granules
1 teaspoon
Chinese noodles (I used the wavy, crimped variety)
1 serving

1. Chop the cabbage into 1 cm pieces.
2. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger and pork and cook until the pork is no longer pink.
4. Add the cabbage and pepper cook further.
5. When the cabbage is cooked, add the kimchi. Cook the noodles in a separate pot.
6. Add the water, chicken granules, soy sauce and salt to the pan (with cabbage and pork) and bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso.
7. Place the noodles in a bowl and pour in the soup, pork, and vegetables. Top with chopped scallions and you're done!
