Deep Fried Chicken with Basil Leaves

Deep Fried Chicken with Basil Leaves

Aromatic and spicy fried chicken thighs that crispy, yet juicy. The fresh taste of basil and spice mingle in your mouth. It tastes lovely without any additional condiments, as the chicken is marinated well with added cheese for flavour. It can be served with ketchup to give it a milder flavour.

Story Behind this Recipe

Fried chicken is another of my boyfriend's favourites. It was a great hit with him when spiced up with herbs to accompany the wine!
