Lettuce Salad with Crab Stick and Egg Stir-Fry

A gently flavored salad with crab sticks and egg.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Imitation crab sticks
about 2 long sticks
1/2 a head
about 2 tablespoons
Japanese mustard
to taste
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Rip up the lettuce with your hands, and soak in water to crisp up. Drain and dry well. Cut the crab sticks into 4 cm and shred. Scramble the egg finely.
2. Put the mayonnaise and Japanese mustard in a bowl and mix. Add the ingredients from Step 1 to the bowl and mix well. Taste, and add salt if needed.
3. Transfer to serving plates and it's done. It's also delicious with pepper as an accent.
