Quick Cooking! Simple Stir-fry with Tofu and Chinese Chives

I love tofu! Eat nutritious Chinese chives in this quick and simple dish.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Firm tofu
300 g
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Japanese Leek
7 cm length
Red chilli (sliced)
To taste
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
○Sake
2 teaspoons
○Sugar
1 teaspooon plus
○Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Wrap the tofu in paper towels and microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the chopped leeks. Add the sliced chili to taste.
2. Cut the tofu as illustrated in the photo and fry.
3. Season the tofu with the ○ ingredients. Add the chives cut into 3 cm and stir. Serve.
