Hearty & Quick Fried Udon with Ginger Pork

Aa fried udon noodle dish with ginger pork that tastes similar to sukiyaki udon noodles.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cooked udon noodles
2 portions
Thinly sliced pork
300 g
○Grated ginger
2 teaspoons
○ Sake
3 heaping tablespoons
○ Sugar
1 tablespoon
○ Soy sauce
1 heaping tablespoon
Daikon radish shoots (optional)
as needed
Red pickled ginger
as you like


1. Fry the pork with a little vegetable oil. After it's cooked through, season with the ○ ingredients.
2. Add the udon noodles. Loosen the noodles and stir to mix.
3. Transfer to serving dishes and garnish with daikon radish shoots and pickled ginger.
