For Bentos: Easy and Flavorful Spaghetti Napolitan

For Bentos: Easy and Flavorful Spaghetti Napolitan

I made this spaghetti for my high school student son, who wanted spaghetti in his bento. It is flavorful, and is delicious even served cold!

Ingredients: (1-2 people (or 1 high school student serving)

Spaghetti
200g (7.05 oz)
Onion
1/4
Wiener sausages
about 7
Green bell pepper (large)
1
Vegetable oil
a little less than a tablespoon
Tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
a little less than a tablespoon
Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Boil spaghetti in saltwater, and quickly strain after about a minute. While waiting, add vegetable oil to a frying pan, and fry the thinly sliced onions.
2. Cut the sausages diagonally, and fry. Cut the green peppers into large chunks, and add to the frying pan after the sausages have been well-cooked. Once the green peppers are about cooked, add ketchup, mayonnaise, and Japanese Worcestershire sauce for flavoring.
3. After boiling the spaghetti, immediately drain the hot water and add to the frying pan and toss.
4. Add lots of Parmesan cheese to finish!

Story Behind this Recipe

My son likes spaghetti with meat sauce and also Napolitan and wanted me to include it in his bento, so I make him a flavorful Napolitan spaghetti bento that tastes great even when cold (。^_・)ノ.
