Tomato Cream Gratin

You only need tomatoes, white sauce and cheese to make this It takes no time at all to prepare or make! The combination of cooked tomato and white sauce is amazing.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 to 2
White sauce
5 tablespoons
Melting cheese
as needed
Parmesan cheese
a little
Black pepper
a pinch
Dried parsley
a pinch


1. Wash the tomatoes and wipe off the water. Remove the stems and slice thinly.
2. Put the white sauce in a heatproof dish, and place the tomatoes on top. Top with the melting cheese, Parmesan, black pepper and dried parsley.
3. Bake in the oven at 200℃ for 15-20 minutes to finish.

I like cooked tomatoes, so I often make tomato and cheese bake.
I wondered if it would be tasty if I added white sauce to the dish first, so I gave it a try. It was good, so I uploaded the recipe.
