Sauteed Beef in Garlic Butter Soy Sauce

You can make this main dish in no time.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Thinly sliced beef (brisket offcuts)
300 g
1 to 2 cloves
10 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon plus
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic. When it's fragrant, add the beef.
2. When the meat changes color, add the butter and mix together. Add the soy sauce and mirin, and season with salt and pepper.
3. Saute with enoki and shiitake mushrooms. Mushrooms go perfectly well with this dish.

My husband loved it when I made steak flavored with garlic, butter, and soy sauce, so I started making a before-payday version using inexpensive thinly cut meat.
