Spaghetti Napolitan with Dried Daikon Radish Strips

Even people who do not like dried daikon radish strips will gobble this up! I'm one of them. This is an easy arrangement that turns healthy ingredients into a popular menu. (Spaghetti Napolitan is a ciassic Japanese Western-style dish.)

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Kiriboshi daikon
50 g
Wiener sausages
4 sausages
1/2 (about 75 g)
Green pepper
1 (about 20 g)
20 g
(3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, and salt and pepper to taste)
Olive oil
to taste
Grated cheese
to taste


1. Set aside the dried daikon radish strips in water. Heat olive oil in a pan, add thinly sliced onions and fry until translucent.
2. Add finely chopped carrots and green peppers.
3. Add diagonally-sliced wiener sausages, add strained daikon strips, and add mixture A.
4. Serve on a plate, add Parmesan cheese, and eat.

Story Behind this Recipe

I added ketchup instead of sugar from the recipe "Sweet and spicy salad with kiriboshi daikon" (Recipe ID: 159148) and thought about this while making a stir-fry! It was a dish that definitely went overboard on the ketchup lol.
