Crunchy Mizuna with Garlic and Bacon

You can eat a lot of mizuna greens if you fry them. They are delicious with crispy bacon and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mizuna greens
1/2 pack
1 clove
1 or 2 slices
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
☆Soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
to taste
☆Black pepper
a pinch


1. Roughly cut the mizuna.
2. Spread vegetable oil in a pan, add minced garlic and fry the roughly cut bacon until crispy.
3. Add the mizuna and fry. Adjust the flavor with the ingredients marked ☆, and it's done. You don't have to use salt. If you want to use more, please do so.
4. It's really tasty if you make it into a yaki soba fried noodle dish. Add the mizuna last.
