Diet-Friendly Avocado Bowl with Natto and Tofu

All you need to do is serve all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Avocado
1/2~1 (I generally use 1)
Natto (fermented soy beans)
1 pack
Tofu (firm or silken)
70 g
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Prepare a deep dish or bowl, and place tofu inside. Crush the tofu to your desired consistency.
2. Dice the avocado into your desired size. Place on top of the tofu.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce into the your package of natto and mix. Top the natto on the tofu and avocado from earlier. Enjoy with shredded nori seaweed, if you like.
