Prepare a deep dish or bowl, and place tofu inside. Crush the tofu to your desired consistency.
Dice the avocado into your desired size. Place on top of the tofu.
Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce into the your package of natto and mix. Top the natto on the tofu and avocado from earlier. Enjoy with shredded nori seaweed, if you like.

One night I got home really late, so I wanted to whip up an easy and healthy dinner.
Apparently, avocado has a bunch of vitamins and minerals that's great for the skin. Natto also contains plenty of protein, iron, calcium, and fiber, which are said to be lacking in the modern Japanese diet.
