Tender Pork and Turnip Sweet & Salty Stir-fry

Ingredients: serves 2 to 3

Pork
200 g
Turnips
5 to 6 small ones
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Sake
2 teaspoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Dashi stock granules
a small amount
Sesame oil
a small amount

Steps

1. Rub a small amount of soy sauce and katakuriko into the pork and set aside. This tenderizes the meat.
2. Fry the pork and turnips in sesame oil. Once cooked through. add soy sauce, sake, sugar, and dashi. Add a bit at a time while testing the flavor.
