Authentic Ginger Fried Pork

Authentic Ginger Fried Pork

This ginger fried pork has a refreshing ginger taste and is very easy to make. Great for bentos and can even be turned into a rice bowl!

Ingredients: about 2 servings

Pork roast (thinly sliced)
8 slices
●Ginger (grated)
1-2 tablespoons
●Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
as needed
Cabbage or Lettuce
as needed (optional)

1. Prepare the ingredients. Cut the slices of pork in half and lightly coat with flour. Grate the ginger. Combine the ● ingredients and set aside. Cut the cabbage into thin strips (if using lettuce, tear the leaves into large pieces) and place on a plate.
2. Add oil to a frying pan and lightly cook the pork. As soon as the pork changes color, remove from the pan until each slice is cooked. Add all of the slices back to the pan and pour in the ● ingredients. Stir and coat the pork with the sauce completely. Let simmer until the sauce lessens.
3. Place onto the plate with the cabbage (or lettuce) and enjoy! You can optionally add some sliced onion as well!
