Tofu Béchamel for Dieters

This easy recipe is both flour- and dairy-free.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 block
20 g
Soup stock cube
2 teaspoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Pulse the block of tofu in your food processor until smooth.
2. Pour the tofu paste into a frying pan, and add your butter and soup stock cube. Heat over medium until the butter melts. (Turn off the heat within a minute of the butter melting.)
3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients together, then shake in some salt and pepper.
4. It's really easy to make, so it's great for casseroles.
5. This recipe is helpful to remember when you've run out milk.
