Kabocha Squash Salad With Camembert Cheese

Piping hot kabocha squash with soft and melting Camembert cheese! The wasabi mayonnaise seasoning is so delicious.

Ingredients: 5 servings

Kabocha squash
Camembert cheese
to taste (I used 50 g here)
Soft boiled eggs
3 tablespoons
Wasabi paste
1 teaspoon
Krazy Salt
to taste


1. Steam the kabocha squash until it's tender. Combine the mayonnaise, wasabi and Krazy Salt in a bowl. Add the piping hot kabocha squash and Camembert cheese to the bowl and mix.
2. Put some lettuce on a serving plate, and mound the kabocha mix and roughly chopped soft boiled eggs on top.

I once had some boiled kabocha squash with Camembert cheese which was delicious, so I turned the combination into a salad.
