Lychee and Grapefruit Agar (Kanten) Jelly

Try using lychee liqueur, which is perfect for the summer. ♪ How about a glass of this high-fiber alcoholic beverage that's great for your body?


Lychee Liqueur (I used Dita Paraiso)
150 ml
Powdered kanten
2 g
150 ml


1. Cut one grapefruit into small pieces and squeeze the other.
2. Mix together the water and powdered kanten in a pot. Bring it to a boil and let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add in the liqueur and grapefruit.
3. Transfer the mixture into a glass container and let it chill in the refrigerator for an hour until it firms.
4. It's delicious if consumed when it has hardened halfway!!
