Papaya and Mozuku Seaweed Kimchi

Make a unique dish using a store-bought kimchi. You'll be surprised how well mozuku seaweed and kimchi go together! This dish goes great with shochu or beer.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mozuku seaweed
1/2 cup
Green papaya (shredded)
about 30 g
50-100 g (as desired)
Sesame oil (for finishing)
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
as desired


1. Prepare the green papaya.
2. Shred the green papaya. Use a vegetable slicer to shred it thinly.
3. Combine the mozuku seaweed, papaya, and sesame oil, and mix it well.
4. Add the julienned kimchee and combine well. Add soy sauce to taste, then add the gochujang to taste.
