Easy and Diet-Friendly Mousse-Style Tofu

Last night, I really wanted to eat something sweet! But then I remembered I was on a diet! So I came up with this recipe using what I had at home! It turned out very delicious and it's very easy to make!! Give it a try.


1 block (300 g)
60 g
Plain yogurt
50 g
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon


1. Put all the ingredients into a food processor. Blend it well.
2. Once it's blended, transfer to a container and keep it in the refrigerator.
3. When it has cooled down, it's done.
4. You can enjoy different flavors by changing the jam you use. I made it with mixed berry jam this time.
