Add the cashews and water to a blender and mix until creamy.
Add the miso, vinegar, and honey, and continue mixing.

Story Behind this Recipe

This goes well with any vegetable. You can also make this with ingredients that aren't fresh (regular miso, honey, rice vinegar, etc.)
