Creamy Bolognese

This creamy bolognese features an authentic meat sauce with heavy cream for a rich flavor!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Your preferred pasta, such as penne rigate
80 g
Meat Sauce (Recipe ID: 2615068)
120 g
Heavy cream
30 ml
Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
a small amount
Dried parsley
a pinch of each


1. Boil the penne rigate in 0.8-1% saltwater. You can use any kind of past you'd like, of course.
2. Before the pasta has finished boiling, heat the meat sauce in a frying pan over low heat. Add about 30 ml of the pasta water to thin it out.
3. Add salt while tasting. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Once the pasta finishes boiling, mix it into the sauce.
4. Add the parmesan cheese. Once it's dissolved, stir in a bit of olive oil.
5. Garnish with dry parsley and it's complete.
