Fruity Naengmyeon with Avocado and Kiwi

Fruity Naengmyeon with Avocado and Kiwi

I added avocados and tart kiwis to spicy cold noodles. It's great for hot summer days when you have no appetite.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 bag (2 servings)
Kimchi (Chinese cabbage)
60 g
Ground white sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoons
Sesame oil
1/3 teaspoon
Kiwi fruit

1. Remove the skin and seed of the avocado and cut into 1 cm chunks. Thinly slice the kimchi. Combine the avocado, kimchi, ground white sesame seeds, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix.
2. Peel the kiwi and cut in half vertically, then cut into thin wedges.
3. Boil water in a pot and boil the noodles as directed on the package (1 minute). Rinse with cold water, place on dishes, and pour the soup packet on top.
4. Top Step 3's noodles with Step 1 avocados and Step 2 kiwis. Top to taste with chopped nori and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

I was selected as a recipe tester for Tokuyama brand Naengmyeon, so I came up with a way to prepare them with my favorite ingredients.
