Vegetable Packed Chinese-Style Ramen Noodle Salad

This is a satisfying ramen salad made with a single packet of ramen noodles. I recommend it for lunch on a hot day.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Chinese noodles
1 hank
Lettuce
2-3 leaves
Cucumber
1/2
Fish sausages
1/2 sausage
Tomato
1
Mizuna greens
to taste
Chinese dressing; (Recipe ID: 2563112)
Vinegar
2 tablespoons
Soy aauce to finish
1.5 tablespoon
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Ground sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the mizuna to 3-4 lengths, quarter the tomato, then thinly slice the cucumbers and fish sausage.
2. Prepare the Chinese dressing (Recipe ID: 2563112)
3. Boil the noodles to al dente, and cut into bite-size pieces. Cut the lettuce into strips, and toss everything with the dressing.
4. Serve immediately to prevent the noodles from becoming soggy.
