My Family's Edible Grated Ponzu

This is my family's vegetable-filled edible ponzu. It's great on grilled fish or meat.


Ponzu soy sauce Recipe ID: 2626767
150 ml
Daikon radish (grated)
1 tablespoon
Carrot (grated)
1 tablespoon
Apple (grated)
1 tablespoon


1. Prepare the ponzu soy sauce (Recipe ID: 2626767) or use store-bought.
2. Prepare the grated daikon radish, carrot, and apple. Adjust the amounts to taste. It's also okay if you don't use all of the ingredients.
3. Combine the ponzu soy sauce and grated ingredients and mix well. It's a fruity and refreshing sauce.
4. I love it on top of grilled fish.

Story Behind this Recipe

My family uses a lot of ponzu, so I always make this. Using seasonal fruits gives it a special touch. Adding grated vegetables softens and rounds out the tartness of the ponzu, making it easier to gobble up.
