This is a chilled cappellini style dish using Chinese noodles. This chilled Chinese noodle dish is made with tomatoes grown during the long days of summer. It's filled with tomato juice.
Summer is the season where chilled Chinese noodles are being served everywhere. I get tired of the usual taste so I came up with various toppings and a different sauce.
If you don't have tomato juice, you can use mineral water (or regular water). You can use tuna that's packed with oil or non-oil! I always use non-oil.
