Anchovy-Stuffed Manganji Peppers

Manganji peppers aren't spicy at all! Just stuff them with anchovies and cook! They're also delicious when made from green bell peppers! Simple yet delicious! Enjoy these as a snack.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Manganji peppers
Anchovy fillets
3 fillets


1. Manganji peppers may look spicy, but they're not spicy at all. They're sweet, if anything. Upon heating them they become soft and easy to eat!
2. Remove the top, insert a cut and stuff it with an anchovy. Since anchovies are pretty salty, limit it to one fillet per pepper.
3. Bake on a fish grill until both sides have browned.
4. And it's complete! You can also enjoy this using green bell peppers instead of Manganji peppers!
