Just Microwave! Green Pepper with Shio-konbu

Just microwave and mix. The bitterness of green peppers goes really well with shio-konbu.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Green peppers
6
Shio-kombu
2 pinches
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon plus
Roasted sesame seeds
as needed

Steps

1. Finely slice the green peppers, put them in a heatproof dish, wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 500 W.
2. Add the shio-konbu while it's still hot, and mix in the sesame oil and sesame seeds.
3. It's done. You can use olive oil instead of sesame oil if you'd like.
