Bean Sprout & Nori Stir-fry

This is a healthy dish made up of bean sprouts and carrots, that also uses up a lot of leftover sheets of nori. Just boil, cool, and mix. It's so easy and delicious!


Bean sprouts
2 packets
Nori (flavored nori is okay too)
1 sheet
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
Mentsuyu (I used 3x concentrated, for other concentrations, see Step 3
2 tablespoons


1. To prepare the bean sprouts and carrots, see Recipe ID: 2416597, Steps 1-3.
2. Combine all of the ingredients with the nori and let sit in the refrigerator to chill! That's it!
3. If using straight mentsuyu, use 3 tablespoons. If using 2x or 3x concentrated mentsuyu, use 2 tablespoons. If using 4x concentrated mentsuyu, use 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon water.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had a lot of leftover nori, so I combined it with my favorite bean sprouts.
