Easy Clear Soup Made with Shio-Konbu

Try this soup or breakfast, when you're busy, or after drinking. It's a simple clear soup topped with your favorite garnishes.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Shio-konbu
1 pinch
Mitsuba
a little
Nori seaweed
a little
Umeboshi
1
White sesame seeds
a small amount
Salt
2 pinches
Boiling water
1 cup (200ml)

Steps

1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl.
2. Pour boiling water and done.
3. Use your favorite additions, such as chopped scallions, mitsuba, small nori pieces, salted cured plums, white sesame seeds, or shiso leaves.
