Easy! Lasagna-Style Potatoes and Meat Sauce au Gratin

All you need to do is layer the potatoes and meat sauce, and bake. It's just like lasagna! Try it out as single-serving lunch!

Ingredients

Ground beef
80 g
Potatoes
2 medium
Onion
1/4
Carrot
1/5
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Tomato purée
2 tablespoons
Consommé soup stock cubes
1/2
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Pizza cheese
as needed
Panko
a small amount

Steps

1. Cut the potatoes into 5 mm wide round slices, and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Mince the onion and carrot.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pot, and stir-fry the onion, carrot, and ground meat over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
3. When they are cooked through, add the ketchup, tomato purée, 50 ml of water, and consommé soup stock cube, and bring to a boil.
4. Arrange the potatoes into a heatproof dish.
5. Pour the meat sauce on top. Starting with potatoes, repeat layers once.
6. Top with cheese and panko.
7. Bake in an oven for 2-3 minutes. When the cheese is browned, it's done.
