Easy and Delicious Tomato Namul

This is super easy to make! This is great for those times when you want to eat tomatoes without dressing or mayonnaise.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Tomatoes (small)

Japanese leek (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon
Garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
Pepper
a small amount
Roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Finely chop the leek and garlic. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss.

Story Behind this Recipe

This is a great way to season tomatoes. If it sits for a while, the moisture usually comes out, but if you make namul with well-chilled tomatoes, they soak up the flavor and are quite delicious. My family gobbles them up!
