Easy Gratin with New Onions and Marscapone Cheese

This is a hot and creamy gratin made with new harvest onions, mascapone cheese, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Sweet new harvest onions
2 medium
Mascarpone
70 g
Salt and pepper
to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
as needed
Parsley to taste
as needed

Steps

1. Slice the new onions into thin rounds and stir-fry with salt, pepper, and oil.
2. Cover with a lid and sweat covered over low heat.
3. Cook until thick.
4. Transfer Step 3 into a heatproof container, top with marscapone cheese, and bake in an oven.
5. When the marscapone cheese has browned, it's ready! Top as you like with parsley.
