Boiled Chicken with Korean Dressing

This Korean-style salad is a twist on the usual Chinese dressing.

├ Soy sauce

1. Cool the boiled chicken (Recipe ID: 2564923) and cut into easy-to-eat thin slices and shred with your hands.
2. Chop up the tomatoes! Drain the lettuce well and shred with your hands.
3. Thinly slice the apple into wedges. To retain the color, spread them out, soak in salt water, and draw the moisture.
4. Add a small amount of the grated garlic to the Chinese dressing (Recipe ID: 2563112) and mix well.
5. Combine all the salad ingredients, then mix with the Korean dressing (3-4 tablespoons). Add ra-yu to taste.
6. If you let it sit for a while, the moisture of the vegetables will come out, so prepare it right before eating. Top with dressing if you like.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to use up a small amount of leftover boiled chicken that I had! It's also delicious with just raw vegetables.
