Watermelon & Kiwi Slush with Tapioca Pearls

It's the season to enjoy the delicious taste of black pearl tapioca in a frozen slush. The chewy texture of the tapioca is amazing.

Ingredients: 2 servings

300 g (net weight)
Black tapioca pearls
as needed
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon


1. Slice half the amount of watermelon and kiwi into small pieces and put in the freezer.
2. Boil the tapioca as instructed on the packet. Pour a sufficient amount into a glass.
3. Blend the watermelon, lemon juice, liqueur of your choice and honey in a mixer, then pour it into the glass. Add a little water if the frozen fruit is hard to blend.
4. Wash the mixer, then blend the kiwi. Gently pour it over the watermelon slush. Add some water if it is hard to blend.
5. You'll need very fat straws so you can suck up the tapioca. Don't forget to buy them when you buy the tapioca!
