Quick, Easy Custard in the Microwave (with a whole egg)

This recipe uses a whole egg so there's nothing wasted! This easy custard cream is made quickly in the microwave.


Whole egg
3 tablespoons
White flour
2 tablespoons
150 ml
Melted butter (or margarine)
10 g


1. Place the egg, sugar, and flour into a heat-resistant bowl and mix together with a whisk.
2. Gradually pour the milk into Step 1 while stirring it in.
3. Microwave for 2 minutes at 600 W. When done, mix well.
4. Microwave for another minute and then mix well. Keep an eye on it and microwave in 20 second intervals as needed, mixing after each time.
5. Add the melted butter and mix it in well.
6. I tried using this custard cream to make a hot sandwich! The cream was creamy and delicious.
