Kabocha and Boiled Egg Salad.

You can make this easily using the flavorings you already have in your kitchen, if you have kabocha and boiled eggs.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Kabocha squash
Boiled eggs
Fried onions
2 tablespoons
2-3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
A small amount


1. Leave the skin on the kabocha and cut roughly into smaller pieces. Heat in a microwave until it becomes soft.
2. Roughly chop up one boiled egg. Slice the other boiled egg to use as decoration.
3. Add the kabocha,chopped boiled egg, fried onions and flavoring into a bowl and mix well.
4. Arrange on a plate and garnish with the boiled egg slices. You're done.
