Bok Choy and Bacon Delicious Stir-Fry

With common ingredients in the house, this is an easy and delicious stir fry to make.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Bok choy
4 stalks
4 slices
about 1/2 teaspoon
a small amount
1 tablespoon
Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon
Sesame oil
a small amount
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Cut off the base of the bok choy and wash. Cut into 2 cm easy-to-eat pieces.
2. Cut the bacon into 2 cm, easy-to-eat pieces, quickly fry in vegetable oil. Add the bok choy.
3. Add salt, pepper, sake, and Chinese soup stock granules. When it becomes fragrant, add sesame oil and you're done.
4. Served on top of instant ramen noodles. It was delicious.
