Bring the butter to room temperature and cream until it becomes the same consistency as mayonnaise. When it's still hard, please microwave it.
Add the soft light brown sugar into Step 1, and mix until the mixture feels smooth. Add the milk, and mix. Please use a hand mixer up to this point.
Add the caramel chocolate chips and finely chopped walnuts into Step 2, and mix with a spatula.
Combine the ★ dry ingredients, lightly mix, and sift. Add to the Step 3 bowl, and fold them in.
Arrange the Step 4 cookie dough using a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The cookies will expand while baking, so please leave enough space between them.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170°C. Please adjust the baking time depending on the oven.
