Taiwanese Mixed Rice

Even though all you do is put in the ingredients and mix it up, it's really really good! Just cook the ground pork with the yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) sauce.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chopped green onion
1 bundle
Chinese chives (cut into 1 cm pieces)
1 bundle
Ground pork
250 g
Yakiniku sauce
to taste
Finely grated bonito flakes
to taste
Toasted nori seaweed
to taste
Egg yolk

Cooked rice
as needed
Sauce for Topping
Vegetable oil
50 ml
Soy sauce
50 ml
Mentsuyu
50 ml
Doubanjiang
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the Chinese chives into 1 cm pieces. Cut the green onion in the same manner. I bought pre-chopped onions.
2. Cook the ground pork with the yakiniku sauce. You can make the taste as thick and rich as you want. For details, check out Recipe ID: 2387056
3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a container.
4. Put the rice in a bowl.
5. Top the rice with the chopped onion, chives, meat, seaweed, bonito flakes, and egg yolk. It's done!
6. Stir and enjoy.
