Fluffy Omelette

An extravagant omelette which you can easily make at home.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Salted butter
20 g


1. Break the eggs (the photo shows 2 servings' worth).
2. Whisk for 30 minutes, or 10 minutes if you are using an electric hand mixer.
3. It's ready to cook when it looks like this.
4. Melt the butter in a heated frying pan.
5. Pour in the egg mixture and cook over a low heat.
6. Fold it in half on a plate, and it's done.
