Sweet Onion & Steamed Chicken with Umeboshi and Mayonnaise

I added a mayonnaise dressing to some sweet onions, steamed chicken, and umeboshi. This dish is refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sweet onion
1/2
Steamed chicken
60 g
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Umeboshi
1
Bonito flakes
to taste
White toasted sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Steam the chicken. Refer to Recipe ID: 2178362.
2. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water. Squeeze out the excess moisture. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mince into a paste.
3. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Serve in a bowl and optionally garnish with sesame seeds.
