Roughly chop up the cabbage into 5 mm pieces. Put them nicely into a serving dish.
You don't need to drain the tofu.
Using a spoon, mash the tofu into large pieces. The tofu tastes better if you don't mash it too much. It should still look like tofu.
Add the mentsuyu and mix lightly.
Top the tofu mixture over the cabbage.
Sprinkle on some sesame seeds if you'd like. Done!

This is my "super-lazy salad" that I eat quite frequently. Tofu and mentsuyu somehow go really well with cabbage. I wanted to share one of my healthy recipes with you guys.
It's better to chop up the cabbage rather than shredding it! Since it's done in a flash, try prepping the tofu just before serving. It'll taste better that way. Please adjust the seasoning to your liking. If it tastes too plain, add a little more mentsuyu to adjust.
