Tofu and Cabbage Salad

This dish is very healthy! An easy salad made with tofu dressing and roughly chopped cabbage. It's also a filling and satisfying dish for dieters.

Ingredients: 1-2 servings

Silken tofu
100 g
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
30 ml
Black sesame seeds
1/4-1/2 teaspoon
Chopped cabbage
100 g

Steps

1. Roughly chop up the cabbage into 5 mm pieces. Put them nicely into a serving dish.
2. You don't need to drain the tofu.
3. Using a spoon, mash the tofu into large pieces. The tofu tastes better if you don't mash it too much. It should still look like tofu.
4. Add the mentsuyu and mix lightly.
5. Top the tofu mixture over the cabbage.
6. Sprinkle on some sesame seeds if you'd like. Done!

Story Behind this Recipe

This is my "super-lazy salad" that I eat quite frequently. Tofu and mentsuyu somehow go really well with cabbage. I wanted to share one of my healthy recipes with you guys.
