Amazingly Delicious Strawberry Ice Cream

Strawberry ice cream is best when it's homemade!!
It's such a fun way to enjoy the delicious aroma of strawberry.
Double the amounts in this recipe if you like, because it goes fast.


1 pack (270 g)
80 g
Heavy cream
150 g
50 g
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon


1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Crush the strawberries with a fork and add the sugar. (Crush them without using a blender for chunky texture.)
2. Whisk the heavy cream until it's thick.
3. Mix the strawberries from Step 1 with the yogurt and lemon juice in the bowl from Step 2.
4. Put the mixture in a plastic zipper bag and freeze → Massage the bag every hour or so for a softer texture.
5. Alternatively, you can use a plastic container instead of zipper bag and stir the mixture every hour.

Because it's spring and small strawberries are available at a reasonable price, I adapted my mom's old recipe to make my favorite version of strawberry ice cream.
