Easy Heavy Cream-free Carbonara

Ingredients: 1 serving

Easy melting cheese
1 slice
Black pepper
to taste
Poached egg or egg yolk (for topping)
Salt and pepper

1. Put all of the * ingredients into a frying pan and turn the heat to medium.
2. Once it begins to boil, add fold the spaghetti in half and add to the pan. Return the pan to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and cover with a lid.
3. Boil the spaghetti for 1 minute less than instructed on the package. It's important to open the lid occasionally to stir the spaghetti.

5. Once it is done boiling, open the lid, and add the bacon, milk, and shredded cheese and heat over medium.
6. Once it becomes thick, season with salt and pepper and transfer to a plate. Top with a hot spring egg or egg yolk and sprinkle black pepper to taste.
