1. Let's boil the water! First, bring the water to a boil, then add 1 tablespoon of salt!
2. Now, turn the heat to medium. Spread the pasta out around the edges of the pot and boil over medium heat so as not to burn it.
3. [Point #1] Boil for 2 minutes less than the package instructions. Then, transfer to a frying pan before turning on the heat. Bring it to a boil.
4. Slowly fry the pure olive oil and garlic in the frying pan over low to medium heat until fragrant!
