Easy in One Pan Cured Ham Soup Pasta

Easy in One Pan Cured Ham Soup Pasta

From start to finish, all you need is one pan Even though it was meant to be a lunch for one, it turned out quite extravagant.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Pasta
80-100 g
Water
100 ml
Milk
400 ml
Salt
a small amount
Soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Butter
1 piece
Camembert cheese (or sliced pizza cheese)
50 g (pizza cheese - 1 slice)
Vegetables (onion, shimeji mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, cabbage, cherry tomatoes etc.)
as needed
Cured ham (ham or bacon are also fine)
2 slices
Parsley
a small amount

Steps

1. Heat the water, milk, soup stock granules and salt.
2. When it has come to the boil, add the pasta.
3. After around 2-3 minutes, add the cheese and butter.
4. Add the vegetables 2-3 minutes before the pasta is done. This time I used sliced onion.
5. When done, season with black pepper and transfer to a serving dish. Add the ham, cherry tomatoes and finely chopped parsley to finish!
6. Reduce the amount of dishes you'll need to do by placing your bread on the same dish. It makes it look fancier, too.

Story Behind this Recipe

I had some leftover cured ham, so I added it as a topping to my usual soup pasta. It was very tasty.
