Salmon California Rolls

Easy-to-make California rolls!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sushi rice
2 rice cooker cups' worth (360 ml)
Salmon
1 serving
Imitation crab sticks
3
Cucumber
1/2
Shiso
5 leaves
Sesame seeds
to taste
Tamagoyaki
1 egg
Mayonnaise
a small amount
Nori seaweed
1 sheet

Steps

1. Put the nori seaweed on the sushi rolling mat, spread the rice on top, then cover with plastic wrap.
2. Turn it over, place the fillings on top of the seaweed, then roll it up.
3. Top the rolled sushi with salmon, press down on the rolls to shape them, and let sit to allow the flavours penetrate.
4. Slice, then top with mayonnaise and shiso to finish.
