California Rolls

So easy yet so stylish!

Ingredients: 2 rolls

Shrimp tempura
4
Egg
1
Lettuce
2 leaves
Avocado
1
Sushi rice
2 bowls
Nori seaweed
2 sheets

Steps

1. Make the sushi rice by mixing the rice with sushi vinegar. Make the tamagoyaki omelet in a tamagoyaki pan and cut it in half. Fry the shrimp.
2. Place a sheet of nori seaweed onto a sushi rolling mat, and then spread a thin layer of sushi rice over it.
3. Line up the shrimp tempura, lettuce, tamagoyaki omelet, and avocado on top of the rice.
4. Roll everything up, cover with some mayonnaise, cut, and serve.
