Easily Made in the Microwave! Custard Made With a Whole Egg

This is an easy custard.

Ingredients

Egg

Soy milk (or milk)
1 cup
All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons
Sugar
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. This time, I used soy milk. Crack an egg open into a bowl and mix well with the soy milk. Add the sugar and flour and mix well.
2. Heat in the microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes, remove from the microwave, and mix well. Heat again in the microwave at 500 W for 2 minutes and mix well to finish.
3. It's delicious on pancakes!
4. Note - If it is lumpy, try combining the flour and sugar in the bowl first and mix together well with a whisk before adding the soy milk and egg.
5. Note - You can also mix the egg and soy milk first, then mix the flour and sugar together in a bag before adding it to the bowl. Either way is fine.

I wanted to make this to put on my pancakes. I used the rest for sweets
It uses a whole egg, so there's no waste, and since it's made in the microwave, you can easily make it!
