Doll's Festival Seafood Chirashi Sushi Cake

I built a cute chirashi sushi cake!

Ingredients: 2~3 servings

Hot cooked white rice
270 g
Store-bought chirashi sushi mix
1 package (enough for 270 g of rice)
Assorted sashimi
as much as you like
Shiso leaves
2 leaves
Radish sprouts
to taste
Kinshi tamago
1 teaspoon
a small amount
15 cm cake pan


1. Mix the rice together with the chirashi sushi mix and let cool.
2. Prepare the kinshi tamago.
3. Julienne the shiso leaves.
4. Use two long, thin pieces of plastic wrap to line the cake pan with a cross. Stuff in the sushi rice, cover the top with a plate, and flip it over. Let the sushi rice come out, then remove the plastic wrap.
5. Top the rice with the kinshi tamago, shiso leaves, sashimi, and radish sprouts to finish!
