Mix the rice together with the chirashi sushi mix and let cool.
Prepare the kinshi tamago.
Julienne the shiso leaves.
Use two long, thin pieces of plastic wrap to line the cake pan with a cross. Stuff in the sushi rice, cover the top with a plate, and flip it over. Let the sushi rice come out, then remove the plastic wrap.
Top the rice with the kinshi tamago, shiso leaves, sashimi, and radish sprouts to finish!

I wanted to eat some chirashi sushi for the Doll's Festival.
When stuffing the cake mold, pack it in real tight. Use whatever you prefer for the the toppings. It's also easy to cut kamaboko into cute designs!
