Sushi Cake for Doll's Festival

Since it's the Doll Festival, I want to make a sushi cake that is a little fancy but I also want to save money and not waste any time! I came up with this sushi cake.

Ingredients: 5 servings

Cake pan
18 cm
Cutter
any
White rice
3 rice cooker cups (540 ml)
Cherry tomatoes
1
Kamaboko (thinly sliced)
as needed
"Gomoku Sushi" mix for 3 rice servings
1 packet
Ham
4 slices
[Thin Shredded Omelet]
The following amounts x 2
Egg
1
Water
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
a small amount
Katakuriko
1/2 teaspoon

Steps

1. Cook the rice. Make the "gomoku sushi" according to the directions on the mix packet.
2. Cover the cake pan with plastic wrap tightly. Make it a little bit bigger than the pan itself.
3. Cut the ham into star shapes.
4. Make the shredded omelet (Recipe ID: 1725899).
5. Spread the shredded omelet into the cake pan from Step 2. Stuff the rice from Step 1 into the cake pan tightly. Cover with a plate and flip it all over!
6. Decorate the top with the mini tomato, kamaboko, and ham.
